To say this forthrightly, an embroidery machine does not have or accept the memory
capacity that exists on a computer/tablet to read a 16GB USB.
Please verify what other devices are acceptable for machine insertion.  In other words, these files
should be transferred to your tablet, computer, etc. for viewing (using Viewer.exe or your own software) and selection.
Then the files desired for use, should be transferred to machine manufacturer acceptable
device, such as a smaller USB drive, a CD, DVD, Flash card, or direct cable connection, etc. to
then be read by your embroidery capable machine.  I am SELLING DIGITIZED FILES ONLY on a large USB drive.
